Organic Artisanal Apple Balsamic.


Produced according to an ancient local tradition in the Emilia-Romagna region.

Made entirely with organic apples. The juice is cooked down in small batches then slowly acetified. The final taste is nicely sweet and sour with a complex note of cooked apples.


Ideal for vanilla or custard gelato, panna cotta, fresh and young cheeses, risotto and fresh salad. Is perfect for ribs finishing (and any other grilled pork meat) or as a sweet and sour base for cocktails.
