Made with just one ingredient: organic cooked grape juice, from local varieties, fermented and slowly oxidised in large (barrique) barrels.


The Agro di Mosto is the youngest artisanal balsamic from the acetaia and is a delicate sour and sweet condiment.

Ideal with salads, raw and cooked vegetables, at the end of the cooking of roasted and braised meat and fish. Try some drops on top of fries or onion rings. Perfect for marinate.
